I support the Midland Clawback Campaign.

I have written multiple times to HSBC to express my support for the Clawback Campaign, and ask the bank to compensate those who were misled.

In response, I brought a debate to the house on Pension Funds, and the injustices perpetuated by various private pension schemes, including that of HSBC. Please see the video at the bottom of this page, or here.

I am speaking out against Pension Injustices in Parliament.

I am campaigning to amend the Pension Schemes Bill.

I co-sponsored an amendment to the Pension Schemes Bill, to commission an independent review into the application and impact of state deduction mechanisms in occupational defined benefit pension schemes, with particular reference to the Midland Bank Staff Pension Scheme.

Most recently, in January I signed the WASPI campaign's cross-party letter to the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, again calling for compensation for 1950s-born women. You can read my letter here.
