The old BHS building in Stratford-upon-Avon is empty, crumbling, and dragging down our high street. I asked the Minister to back tougher action on landlords who let buildings rot, and give councils real power to bring them back into use.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH - Repair and redevelop the old BHS building

We the undersigned ask the owners of the Mulberry Centre, often referred to as “the old BHS building” in Stratford-upon-Avon town centre, to be cleaned of litter and weeds and then sold or redeveloped as a matter of urgency.

The building closed its doors on 23 July 2016. A decade has passed, and residents have had enough of their town being blighted by this eyesore.

We are asking the developer to provide a public response to this petition stating your course of action and timescales.
