Manuela and her team want to serve you to the best of their abilities.

Please get in touch by email where possible. If you are not online, you can call or write to the office. In all initial correspondence, please  include your full name, address and postcode.

Please note that Manuela is only able to take up casework on behalf of people who live within the constituency. If you're not sure, please check here. 

Manuela and her team will try to respond as quickly as possible. Cases are triaged daily and urgent cases will be prioritised.

Manuela holds regular face-to-face advice surgeries for cases that cannot be resolved via email or phone. These surgeries have to be arranged in advance for security reasons. For this reason, we do not conduct unscheduled meetings. 

Manuela and her staff want to help wherever we can, however threats, abuse, harassment, swearing, intimidation, aggression and shouting will not be tolerated.

If your contact with Manuela or a member of her team becomes abusive or inappropriate, we will end our communication with you and we may report you to the appropriate authorities. This policy applies to all forms of contact, including email, social media, phone calls and in-person events and meetings.​
